frequently asked questions
- What are your hours?
-
Photography is not my full-time gig so my hours for shoots have to fit around my day-job schedule. I'm usually available for afternoon (i.e. "magic hour") shoots Sunday through Thursday or early morning shoots on Saturdays and all day on Fridays.
I know most weddings are on Saturdays and with plenty of advanced notice, I can make that work with no problem.
Contact me and we'll set something up.
- Where are you located?
-
I am located south of St. Louis and cover the whole of the St. Louis metro area.
I can also be available for destination shoots.
I will travel wherever your story takes you.
- Do you accept reservations?
-
Yes.
We'll definitely need to synchronize calendars to write this story together.
I am currently booking into Fall of 2020.
If you have ideas for a shoot, let's get it on the calendar soon.
- What payment options do you accept?
-
Cash.
Check.
PayPal.
Wire Transfer.
Livestock trades.
Not really.
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on booking.
- How long before I get my pictures?
-
This can vary throughout the year depending on my bookings and the seasons of my day-job.
Typically I will send you a link to your online gallery within 2 weeks. Sometimes it might take 3 weeks.
You will be able to download high resolution files and share to social media from the online gallery. You can even order prints and albums.
Prints from my site will typically be higher quality than you would get at a local pharmacy or big box store, but they will cost more too.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?
-
Hey...life happens. I get that.
If you can give me at least 48 hours notice, then we can most likely figure out a time to reschedule. Let's talk and figure it out.
If you just cancel or no-show, then that's where that 50% non-refundable deposit comes in.
